All treatment is assessment led where every animal will have a detailed musculoskeletal assessment, this helps identify variations in their normal movement patterns and with hands on palpation can determine which soft tissues are causing the functional problem presented. A rehabilitation or exercise program is then prescribed that may include thermal therapy, movement therapy and/or electrotherapies. Regular checks to follow up and monitor progress identify areas of soreness, weakness or stiffness throughout recovery while the animal changes through fitness levels, muscular strength and shape. These issues can be addressed before further problems arise.
